Well I did the CN Tower climb on saturday as a training exercise for the trek to Mt Everest Basecamp next fall. It took 28 minutes and 48 seconds to do the 144 flights of stairs, 1776 steps!
The next climb is in april and I hope to get all the climbers involved to see how they do.

Tonight I attended my first meeting of the MS Climb group. There were approx 30 people there and all were very excited about this falls trips to Machu Picchu and Mt Kilimanjaro.
I’ll be starting my fundraising soon for the fall 2010 trip. Currently I am aiming to hike to the Everest Base Camp.
We introduced ourselves and shared fundraising stories and tips, it was a very good learning experience and inspiring to hear everyone’s story.
Please join the MS Climb meetup group to be included in upcoming events.
